The Pastoral Care of pupils is central to all efforts made to help each pupil to be the very best that he / she can be socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally and to understand their relationships with others

The school seeks to create an atmosphere in which pupils feel happy and secure and to nurture personal growth through the provision of an environment which is stimulating and challenging and in which pupils can become involved in activities which are exciting, purposeful and personally relevant.

We recognise that all children have rights and a voice which should be heard. In Rathore School the pastoral care of each and every child is our primary concern.
